ADACOM is committed to ensuring that its websites are accessible and user-friendly for everyone, in accordance with the provisions of European and Greek legislation. ADACOM conducts regular accessibility checks and provides staff training on accessibility-related issues.

Compliance with Accessibility Standards
The content and structure of the websites are in compliance with the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at Level AA, and Level AAA where possible, in line with the requirements of Law 4994/2022 and the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882).
Specifically, the website integrates the UserWay website accessibility widget, which is clearly visible on every page, providing a range of features designed to support people with disabilities, including those with visual, hearing, cognitive, or mobility impairments.
Website Accessibility Features
- We continuously update and improve the website content to ensure optimal accessibility.
- The structure of the website is designed to allow users to navigate easily between headings.
- We combine images with text to aid readability. Users can choose to hide images or stop image transitions
- We use color combinations that enhance contrast. Users can also select alternative color combinations.
- Users can increase font size without affecting the layout or functionality of the page.
- Users can adjust line spacing and spacing between elements for improved readability.
Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may not fully meet accessibility standards due to technical or other constraints.
Accessibility for People with Mobility Impairments
ADACOM emphasizes on ensuring physical accessibility for individuals with mobility impairments, including all persons with limited mobility such as pregnant women, elderly individuals, parents with strollers, and people with temporary disabilities.
Most of ADACOM’s office premises are fully accessible, ensuring safe and comfortable access for all visitors, customers and partners. Interior spaces are suitably designed and obstacle-free, facilitating easy movement throughout the facilities, including access to upper floors via elevator.
Additionally, personal guidance and support from our staff is available throughout a visitor’s stay on-site, if requested.
