The company announces its collaboration with Lissi to accelerate the adoption of the EUDI Wallet framework and support organizations and public authorities in their preparation for the eIDAS 2.0 Regulation.
The collaboration combines ADACOM’s strong expertise in PKI, electronic signatures, and digital identity solutions with Lissi’s modern EUDI Wallet Connector API, creating a flexible and interoperable framework for integrating the European Digital Identity Wallet infrastructure.
Seamless integration with providers and existing systems
The joint approach focuses on interoperability and close collaboration with technology providers, enterprises, and institutions, enabling smooth wallet acceptance (including KYC and EAA processes) within existing business applications — without requiring extensive system modifications.
Through dedicated sandbox testing environments, several real-world use cases have already been successfully demonstrated, including:
- Fully automated KYC processes for highly regulated sectors
- Digital lending and credit workflows based on verified identity data
- Integration of wallet data with Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES) for legally compliant transactions
Initial implementation phases confirm technological readiness and significantly reduced integration complexity for both organizations and end users.
Strategic preparation for eIDAS 2.0
This collaboration forms part of ADACOM’s broader strategy to support digital transformation initiatives in Greece and across Europe, aligning with the upcoming requirements of eIDAS 2.0.
By integrating Lissi’s technology, ADACOM further enhances its service portfolio, with particular focus on enabling Qualified Electronic Attestations of Attributes (QEAA). This capability will allow the issuance of trusted, legally compliant digital credentials — such as professional qualifications or licenses — directly to citizens’ wallets.
“With this collaboration, we are reinforcing our commitment to delivering trusted digital identity solutions that are fully aligned with Europe’s regulatory framework. Our goal is to simplify EUDI Wallet integration for organizations while ensuring the highest levels of security, compliance, and user trust,” quoted Kostas Nousias, Trust Services Director of ADACOM.
With a shared vision of building a secure, interoperable, and user-centric digital identity infrastructure, ADACOM and Lissi aim to contribute to the accelerated rollout of the EUDI Wallet ecosystem in Greece.
