Transforming ADACOM’s Security Operations Center into a Risk Operations Center
ADACOM’s Security Operations Center (SOC) has evolved into one of the most mature and effective threat management pillars in the global market, delivering a holistic approach that combines cutting-edge technologies, highly specialized analyst teams, and advanced threat prediction and response services. At the core of this approach lies the Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) service, which goes far beyond a traditional threat detection mechanism and acts as a critical source of intelligence that informs strategic decision-making across all SOC operations.
As part of its CTI capabilities, ADACOM has integrated Check Point’s External Risk Management service into its technology stack. This service provides extensive visibility across the Dark and Deep Web, including forums, marketplaces, and closed communication channels that form the cybercriminal ecosystem. In parallel, the SOC’s specialized CTI team is able to proactively identify emerging cyber-attack campaigns, data leaks affecting its customers, evolving attacker tactics and techniques, as well as critical intelligence that can be leveraged preventively—often before any technical indicators of compromise appear within an organization’s systems.
The intelligence gathered through these services is ingested into the SOC in real time, significantly enhancing both the speed and accuracy of threat detection. At the same time, it is actively leveraged by the Threat Hunting and Incident Response teams to support rapid and effective response services. In addition, the platform enables the generation of tailored reports aligned with each organization’s specific needs, highlighting risk areas that require immediate attention based on their severity and potential impact.
The most significant advancement within ADACOM’s SOC, however, is the integration of CTI with Agentic AI, a next-generation artificial intelligence service now delivered by the SOC. This represents a new operational security model in which artificial intelligence is no longer limited to passive analysis of cybersecurity incidents. Through autonomous analytical agents, AI assumes an active role in investigating incidents, understanding attack patterns, simulating potential threat scenarios, and providing actionable recommendations to strengthen security controls.
By combining External Risk Management and Agentic AI, ADACOM’s SOC now delivers not only detection and response capabilities, but also predictive security services. It identifies trends, correlates seemingly unrelated data points, anticipates potential weaknesses before they can be exploited, and supports decision-making with speed and clarity. This approach effectively transforms the Security Operations Center into a Risk Operations Center, enhancing organizational resilience and enabling businesses to remain secure within an ever-evolving threat landscape.
This ecosystem of advanced technology and human expertise forms the foundation of the value ADACOM delivers to its customers: a SOC service that goes beyond traditional incident management to predict, prevent, and protect, safeguarding business continuity and long-term operational resilience.
