On June 2019, ADACOM in cooperation with Symantec and Fortinet organized the conference entitled “How to move your security to the cloud”.
The conference took place at the Yacht Club of Greece and was focused on how security can enable the journey to the cloud.
The participants came from a wide spectrum of the Greek industry in Greece, such as Financial Institutions, Telecom Operators, Government and Large Organizations.
Leading speakers from ADACOM, Symantec and Fortinet presented innovative approaches and solutions for this “transformation process”.
Mr. Panagiotis Sotiriou, Senior Presales Consultant at Symantec talked about Delivering Zero Trust Security Across Network, Endpoint and Cloud Environments, while Mr Antonios Proimadis, Senior SE at Fortinet, presented the Business-Outcome-Driven Cloud Adoption with Secure SD-WAN.
Representing ADACOM, Mr. Ioannis Simos, Cyber Security Technology Manager, presented a speech focused on the Operational & Technological Challenges in the Cloud Era.
The conference ended with Mr. Ilias Chantzos, Senior Director EMEA & APJ Global CIP and Privacy Advisor Government Affairs, who referred to the outcome of the European Elections 2019 and their imprint on the greek business sector of cyber security.
