Adacom has successfully delivered the distribution and installation of Symantec’s Data Loss Prevention solution. The project was administered by a major Energy company in South-Eastern Europe and North Africa. The challenge of the project was the fact that due to the specificities of the company’s sector, very specialized custom file types had to be considered as confidential information. ADACOM’s deep knowledge of the solution resulted in the creation of all the appropriate policies to ensure that the data that needed to be detected were detected despite their uncommon file types, which were not provided as out-of-the-box options.
