Vendor Relationship Manager

The Vendor Relations Manager acts as the key liaison between the integrator and assigned technology vendors.

The role ensures the optimal development of the partnership by managing certifications, incentives, marketing funds, pipeline alignment, and joint business planning.

This person plays a strategic role in maximizing profitability, strengthening the alliance, and aligning sales and technical teams to achieve revenue and specialization targets.

Responsibilities

1.Vendor Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between ADACOM and Vendors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Vendors channel managers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Represent Adacom in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and planning meetings.
  • Monitor and communicate Vendor program updates, certifications, and incentives internally.

2. Business Development & Sales Enablement

  • Work with internal sales teams to identify and develop opportunities aligned with Vendors technology areas.
  • Support presales and sales teams in deal registration (DR) management
  • Build joint go-to-market plans and align on target accounts, marketing actions, and sales objectives.
  • Track and report Vendors pipeline, bookings, and forecasts.
  • Work with marketing teams to coordinate the process on joint marketing activities with Vendors.

3. Program & Certification Management

  • Ensure Adacom maintains the required certifications, specializations, and partner tiers (e.g., Advanced, Expert).
  • Coordinate training, exams, and certifications for sales and technical staff.
  • Manage partner portal, incentive claims, promotion and rebate programs.

4. Financial & Contractual Management

  • Oversee rebate, incentives.
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate forecasting and claims submission.
  • Support procurement in maintaining pricing agreements and discount structures.

Requirements

1. Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology (Master’s degree a plus).
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role (Vendor/Alliances Manager, Channel Account Manager, Partner Manager) within an IT integrator, distributor, or vendor environment.
  • Strong understanding of the IT channel ecosystem in Greece (vendors, distributors, resellers).

2. Skills

  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills (Greek & English).
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of channel dynamics (margins, rebates, pipeline).
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work cross-functionally.
