Junior Account Manager

As a Junior Account Manager, you will be an integral part of our sales team, supporting the development and management of client relationships within the cyber security or tech industry. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, target-oriented professional looking to gain valuable experience in account management and sales.

 

Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our products and services
  • Client Relationship Building: Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service. Act as a primary point of contact, responding promptly to inquiries and maintaining clear communication on sales opportunities
  • Client Retention Strategies: Support initiatives aimed at client retention, including identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Assist in developing strategies to enhance overall client satisfaction
  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients, creating a pipeline of opportunities to fuel business growth. Actively seek new business prospects and assist in outreach activities
  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from client interactions and communicate insights to sales management team
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
  • Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, update client information in the CRM system
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including presales, project management office and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Upskilling: Actively participate in ongoing training programs and seek opportunities for continuous learning. Stay current on industry certifications and accreditations relevant to the cyber security or tech sector
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships with potential clients and partners

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong interest in the cyber security or tech industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a sales role
